Cork harvesting doesn’t require tree cutting, which means it has a very small ecological footprint. The bark is carefully removed, processed, and used for various applications, while the tree stays in place and regenerates naturally.
Used across a variety of applications, cork sheets provide excellent resistance to transformer oils and fuels. With natural anti-vibration and anti-slip qualities, it is a safe choice for flooring applications. Due to its high compressibility, flexibility, and resilience, it is widely used in many industries such as automotive, construction, oil and gas, industrial machinery, and aerospace.
Highly durable and low maintenance, cork sheets are suitable for use in a range of temperatures, from -30°C to 120°C. Our SM360 anti-vibration cork sheeting is specifically designed to isolate vibrations, making it ideal for dampening sound or protecting devices during operation. Other standards our rubberised cork meets include ASTM-F104-93-F229000 for its performance levels and transformer grade PER IS-4253 PART II 1988n – ASTM F104 for non-metallic gasket materials.
To meet all your requirements, we offer rolls up to 10m long, with thicknesses ranging from 1mm to 25mm and widths from 25mm to 1m. We can also provide bespoke cuts to your specifications.
