Butyl Rubber Sheeting

A mixture of isobutylene and isoprene, butyl rubber is one of the most high-performance synthetic elastomers.

Our in-house fabrication facilities enable us to produce butyl-based products such as gaskets and seals, etc., as per your requirements. The many benefits include:

• Shore hardness of 65⁰ (other options available to special order)
• Tolerance to temperatures up to 125⁰C
• Highly impermeable, butyl does not allow fluids or gases to pass through
• Great UV and ozone resistance
• Tensile strength of 90 KG per cm²

REACH, RoHS, PAH and CE compliant; our odour-free butyl rubber sheeting is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

We offer a wide range of butyl sheeting options from stock:

• Ranging from 0.5 mm to 50 mm thickness
• You can opt for butyl sheet (width – 1.4 m) in 5-metre, 10-metre, and 20-metre rolls (dependent on thickness required)
