Metroseal’s cross-stabilised conveyor belts guarantee superior transverse rigidity, thanks to incorporated monofilament plies. This ensures a stable and well-tensioned belt.

Available with or without moulded edges, offer versatility with monofilament insertions under the top or bottom cover, accommodating specific requests.

With a flat profile, perfect for sidewalls and cleats, these belts boast a maximum width of 1,600 mm. They adhere to DIN 22102-1 – 91 – W – X – Y – Z standards, excelling in carrying heavy loads at incline angles up to 75 degrees.

Ideal for space-constrained areas, cross-stabilised belts facilitate efficient operations with steep inclines.
