Abra-Trile

Abra-Trile is a high-performance lining material designed for environments where resistance to oil, chemicals, and abrasion is essential. Traditional natural rubber offered good protection against wear but performed poorly when exposed to oil. In contrast, standard nitrile rubbers handled oil immersion well but lacked sufficient durability for heavy abrasion applications.

Abra-Trile overcomes these limitations. It is a specially engineered nitrile-based compound that combines excellent oil and chemical resistance with exceptional abrasion performance. It also maintains strong mechanical properties at elevated temperatures, remaining effective at continuous operating temperatures up to 110°C (230°F).

Features:

• Resistant to oils, minerals, chemicals, greases, abrasion, and aliphatic hydrocarbons

• Low gas permeability
