SM218 Black Diamond Drum Lagging – Mini Diamond is a high abrasion resistant rubber sheet material particularly suitable for Drum Lagging. It is a Natural Rubber with a hardness of 65° shore.
Neoprene bonding layers are commonly used in rubber belting applications to extend the life of the shell. The bonding layer is designed so the belt can stretch and become longer lasting. Reducing the build-up of materials, while eradicating belt placement, it is resistant to adverse weather, temperature, radiation and more.
A neoprene bonding layer can be used in the aggregate and mining industries on all kinds of polymer-based rubber sheets. This process is used in various industries for bulk handling applications.
Among the benefits of neoprene is its excellent adhesion to metal. A thin layer of neoprene backing, normally between 0.8mm and 1mm thick, is added to the majority of the metal lining rubber sheeting.
