ER23 Halogen Free and LSOH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) Closed Cell Nitrile Sponge.

Our low smoke Halogen or Halogen free  Nitrile ( NBR) sponge is ideal for many sealing applications but also very popular as cable basket matting and of course under floor cable protection sheets or anywhere else that requires good thermal performance protection with zero water absorption. 

Available in 6mm thick as standard with other thickness’ on request. Standard stock rolls are as follows:

This is a flexible closed cell elastomeric thermal insulation material for condensation control in air-conditioning, refrigeration and chilled water installations. It is also suitable for reducing thermal losses in heating and plumbing systems. The combination of its technical properties, a low thermal conducting and a high resistance to water vapour transmission and competitive price makes it a cost effective energy saving solution.
