Responsibilities: As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand our market presence
- Understanding the market to stay abreast of industry trends and identify potential areas for growth
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development within the rubber and plastics industry but other connected industry experience maybe considered
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
